I would recommend and appreciate Susan for her skills, organizational abilities and passion for the community resilience mission and organized action steps that she pioneered with the NorCal Resilience Network. She was had the foresight and dedication to put these concepts together into community organizing and education and support for our local communities impacted by the disasters and breakdowns we were in crisis with starting in 2017.
