I have interacted most with Susan and found her to be very supportive and creative about how to help us build our resilience hub. Susan is a strong and gentle leader who encouraged everyone to speak up and collaborate during our leadership training. I appreciated her truly helping to figure out how to solve, or approach solving, our local problems! Susan recognizes that resilience is not a one-size-fits-all situation and  continues to suggest specific adaptations to reach our goals.
